Shipping & Return Policy

Fast Shipping

Our goal is to process and ship your order as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 2 business days of their receipt. Orders that select an expedited shipping option are sent within 1 business day, though we strive to ship the same day the order is received. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.

Processing time is between 0 to 5 business days for in-stock orders. From the moment your order is received, we begin to process it. Once the order has been processed, it's ready to be shipped. Shipping time refers to the time after the order is processed to when it appears at your door. Shipping times may be up to 10 business days in duration depending on distance, carrier and items purchased.

Shipping Methods

UPS Ground: A flat rate of $5.00 is charged for all orders shipping via UPS Ground. UPS Ground shipping within the continental United States will take between 4 to 6 business days in transit and is fully insured and traceable.

Additional Information

Order Tracking: All orders shipping UPS will receive a tracking number via email after the order has shipped.

PO Boxes: We do not ship to standard PO Boxes. We require a physical address to process your order. This is primarily a fraud prevention practice, and we apologize for any inconvenience.


Orders may be delayed due to the following reasons:

Billing address is different from Shipping address.

Order is pending a credit approval and verification.

A product is currently out of stock.

Supra which requires special customization.

Held by the customs

Return & Exchange:

We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 3 days of the original order dispatch date. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help you. If you would like to exchange items to a different style, you would have to return your items for a refund (as pre Return policy) and place a new order for the style you prefer. Email us firstly for the returning address as well as a return authorization without which returns are unacceptable. Customers are responsible for all the shipping charges during the whole exchange process. For your protection, we suggest all returns be sent back to us through a traceable postal service. We will not be responsible for any loss or damage during the return process. Please be aware that we will ship out the replacements only after your returns have been received.

We do not accept returns for:

1: Worn condition - All items exchanged or returned must be in original, unworn condition.

2: Change of mind - Return costs you and us a fair amount of time, shipping fee and complex processing.

3: one week or older - Please contact us immediately. We cannot accept returns older than one week.

4: shipping adress is wrong - Please write a correct shipping address.

Cancellation Fee:

We charge a certain handing fee of 5% for cancellations to cover transaction costs. Cancellations will only be accepted before your order shipped out.

About Refunds:

Unfortunately, no shipping cost will be refunded. Some processing fee and restocking fee will be charged. For refund details, please contact our customer service to learn more.

International Shipping

We currently do not ship internationally. We apologize for any inconvenience.
